@ivy loosely followed the sauce bit from the one on their site but put a less agar agar in (probably still too much) https://www.juicymarbles.com/recipes/pomegranate-bordelaise when I do it again I'll do less salt and probs like 1/2 tsp of agar agar (just over 1tsp was too much). I used malasses rather than sugar so dunno if that also made it extra thick
