Indeed laid off 15% of its employees (2,200 people) and I'm shocked to learn a job listing site has that many people to lay off let alone the almost 15,000 total employees this implies.

@carnage4life growth over the last few years has been confusingly aggressive, plus many acquisitions in recent years pushed numbers up a lot. On the ground it has always felt like things were very top heavy :/
